Welcome to the Punchcard Plus official user guide. This document will help you understand how to use the app to track your time efficienty.

1. The Dashboard

The main screen is your command center.

2. Managing Your Logs

Sometimes you might forget to punch out, or you need to adjust a previous session.

1. Navigate to the Activity tab (bottom navigation).

2. Tap on any specific log entry to view details.

3. Edit: Change the start or end time.

4. Delete: Remove the entry entirely if it was a mistake.

3. Exporting Reports

To get paid, you need to share your hours.

1. Go to the Settings or Activity tab.

2. Tap Export Data.

3. Select your date range (e.g., "Last Month" or "Custom Range").

4. Tap Generate PDF.

5. The PDF file will be saved to your device, ready to email to your client.

"The app isn't tracking time in the background."

Android devices sometimes aggressively kill background apps to save battery. To fix this:

1. Open your device Settings.

2. Go to Apps > Punchcard Plus > Battery.

3. Select Unrestricted or No Restrictions.
